Warranty

All hup! products are manufactured in a BBA approved factory using tried and tested formulations and components from approved suppliers.

The warranty for any hup! product is provided to the purchaser of the product, therefore in the majority of cases, this will be the hup! builder and not the homeowner.

If you have a warranty enquiry, in the first instance you should contact your original hup! builder.

Glass Roof
hup! Walls
Hybrid Roof
Roof Lantern
Tiled Roof

5 years

Painted, foiled and powder coated items.

1 year

Electrical items.

We do not provide warranty on colour fade or change. Further details and full conditions can be supplied on request. All products must be installed to hup! recommendations and installation guidance.
