Building Regulations
As hup! is pre-approved for Building Regulations, this makes compliance extremely fast and simple.
Your hup! builder can choose to work with either JHAI or Assent, both of whom are independent Building Control Approved Inspectors. They are extremely experienced in every component in a hup! build and can sign off your project with minimal red tape.
Working with JHAI or Assent for your hup! Building Regulation compliance is a simple alternative to working with your Local Authority.
Planning Permission
In terms of Planning Permission, hup! is the same as any other extension or conservatory in terms of Planning requirements.
Your hup! builder or local Planning department will be able to advise you in respect of your specific project whether Planning will be required.
Many hup! builds will not need Planning Permission as they will be possible under the Permitted Development framework.
